After-sales service

 

1)For after sales service, usually there are three ways:

Calls. Customers may call sales or engineers directly for solution.

Internet. Customers and engineers may talk through emails,  constant chat tools such as MSN, Skype and Yahoo or remote control, say, teamviewer.

On site support. We may have engineers to go on site for support.  

Regarding our sales each year, we will have engineers to go around for maintenance service. For example, in April. 2011, two engineers stayed in Europe for two weeks and visited customers one by one. They examined the displays we sold in Europe and taught customers how to make good maintenance such as clearing,  

 

2)Warranty

Generally speaking, our warranty is two years. During these two years, if there is any problem (excluded problems that are caused by irresistible factors such as earthquake, fire, and force majeure or mismanagement of users), we will offer service free of charge. After the two years, we will charge more or less based on raw materials and labor cost.
